I've booked onto your simulation event. What time will I be on at?
Specific start times will be communicated to you the week of the event. If you have any specific requirements, please email us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. A rough guide to start times can be found in the table below.
We try to accommodate everyone’s request to change times, but please understand that we need to run the event efficiently, so we can’t guarantee every request can be fulfilled.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your start time to allow for registration, stretching, and warm-up before you hit the track!

I need to change information on my booking. How do I do this?
No problem! Please email us with your booking number and the details you need to update, and we’ll suggest the next steps.
Can I cancel my booking?
- No-shows are not eligible for a refund as we will have made plans for your attendance.
- In severe circumstances, we may allow a future booking at our discretion.
Where can I get my times?
One of the best things about Hyrox Corby is that we use professional timing chips to track your times and splits. A link to your results will be emailed to you once the event finishes.
Where can I see the photos of the event?
Event photos will usually be available a few hours after the event finishes. Make sure you have subscribed to our mailing list and and follow our socials for the link.

bootcamps
What time is the bootcamp?
The bootcamp runs from 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time to allow for registration, stretching, and warm-up before the session begins.

How do the groups work?
We ask for your fitness level at the time of booking so we can place you in the right group for your ability.
If you want to be placed with a specific person, please mention this at checkout, and we will do our best to make it happen.
Can I cancel my booking?
We always aim to be as understanding as possible, but we also need to ensure smooth event operations.
